Salix x ‘Aquatica Gigantea Korso’
A very nice pussy willow that is completely different from Mt. Aso. This one has thick stems and uniquely rounded gray catkins. A larger willow, Gigantea was originally developed in Finland for biomass, and mature plants are sometimes used for building furniture.
