Salix triandra ‘Black Maul’ - A venerable basketry willow that is extensively grown and used in the UK. Can be used in all parts of a basket, is very versatile, and can also be stripped for white willow. With very dark rods and bright green leaves, it kind of reminds us of Andes Mints in the field. May not fare well in hot climates.
Not deer resistant.
